Our services span executive search, permanent recruitment, capability assessment, strategic workforce planning, leadership development, and flexible contractor and consulting solutions.

Who we are

ProNEXUS is led by Nik Ruparel and
Sossi Green, senior talent and advisory professionals with over 50 years of combined experience across Australia and international markets, including Europe and APAC.

Nik Ruparel

“I love building relationships with people who excel at what they do. For the past two decades I’ve been uncovering exceptional talent for global corporations across the infrastructure sector, private equity, and government. I’m proud to say I’ve built real partnerships. Giving that personal, bespoke service is what it’s all about.”

Sossi Green

I bring deep experience across complex, technical sectors including infrastructure, energy, telecommunications, enterprise technology, and governance. My work spans talent advisory, workforce planning, succession, and organisational change, with a focus on aligning people strategy to business priorities in high-performance environments.

I’ve supported large-scale projects, advised on executive capability and organisational effectiveness, and built trusted relationships with senior leaders through a grounded, commercial perspective and a collaborative, outcome-driven approach.
